Communication Specialist (Maternity cover)
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of internal communication strategy.
Guide the day-to-day activities of internal communication, support and develop internal communication tools and channels.
Form internal organization culture and internal company image.
Manage internal projects, such as social responsibility initiatives, etc.
Manage ERGO social media (official and internal).
Implement ERGO Group and Munich Re Group communication tasks and initiatives in Baltic countries.
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in the communication role.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
Proven experience in internal communication and project management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Lithuanian and English, with expertise in crafting concise and impactful messages.
Intellectually curious self-starter who works well both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: 2800-3100 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on candidate‘s knowledge and experience.
