Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of internal communication strategy.

• Guide the day-to-day activities of internal communication, support and develop internal communication tools and channels.

• Form internal organization culture and internal company image.

• Manage internal projects, such as social responsibility initiatives, etc.

• Manage ERGO social media (official and internal).

• Implement ERGO Group and Munich Re Group communication tasks and initiatives in Baltic countries.

Requirements:

• +2 years of experience in the communication role.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field.

• Proven experience in internal communication and project management.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Lithuanian and English, with expertise in crafting concise and impactful messages.

• Intellectually curious self-starter who works well both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: 2800-3100 €/mon. gross
