Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved beyond recruitment. If you are curious, proactive, and enjoy contributing to multiple aspects of people operations, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across various functions locally and cross-border on Baltics level, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Support the employee journey from entry to exit by contributing to onboarding and offboarding activities.
Build strong, friendly relationships with candidates and hiring managers, keeping communication clear and open.
Contribute to talent, culture, and employer branding initiatives together with the Baltic team (e.g. improving candidate experience, supporting hiring campaigns, strengthening our employer presence).
Assist with HR and operational activities as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the team.
Requirements:
Experienced recruiter with a genuine passion for people and talent.
Curious and proactive, eager to contribute beyond traditional recruitment.
Team-oriented, yet confident working independently.
Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
Adaptable, fast learner, and open to feedback.

Salary: 2900-3300 €/mon. gross
