Responsibilities:

• Ensure all IT service incidents, orders, defects and bugs are logged, categorized and allocated efficiently and correctly in the Service Desk system.

• Diagnose and resolve software issues.

• Report to direct manager on any issue that could significantly impact the business including security and data breaches.

• Ensure cooperation with other departments within the scope of entrusted responsibilities.

• Fulfill other duties in his/her scope of responsibility based on direct manager orders.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience.

• Strong problems solving skills – both individually and through cross-functional teams.

• Excellent telephone manner and language communications skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft based operation systems.

• Fluency in Latvian and English languages (work materials in English, communication on Baltic level).

Salary: 2300-2600 €/mon. gross (based on work experience and qualification)
