Service Desk Specialist
Responsibilities:
Ensure all IT service incidents, orders, defects and bugs are logged, categorised and allocated efficiently and correctly in the Service Desk system.
Diagnose and resolve software issues.
Report to direct manager on any issue that could significantly impact the business including security and data breaches.
Ensure cooperation with other departments within the scope of entrusted responsibilities.
Fulfill other duties in his/her scope of responsibility based on direct manager orders.
Requirements:
2 years of professional experience.
Strong problems solving skills – both individually and through cross-functional teams.
Excellent telephone manner and language communications skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft based operation systems.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (oral and written).

Salary: 2300-2600 €/mon. gross
