The Business Intelligence and Reporting Automation team is responsible for the development, analysis, and automation of reports that track the operations and performance of ERGO's non-life and life insurance companies in the Baltic region. This team designs and builds business intelligence solutions, including reporting tools, dashboards, etc. They ensure data quality, oversee reporting governance, and provide support and training to users across departments. Their goal is to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement in BI processes, and empower teams with accurate, real-time data for better decision-making.
