The Business Intelligence and Reporting Automation team helps transform data into actionable insights for ERGO Baltics. We develop and maintain reporting, dashboard, and data warehouse solutions that support decision-making across both Life and Non-Life insurance businesses.

The team focuses on automation, optimization, and streamlining of ERGO workflows and reporting processes by replacing manual reporting with centralized and automated BI solutions.

Beyond reporting and DWH development, we also drive BI and reporting governance, data quality, KPI standardization, user access management, and user support and training.

Our goal is simple - help ERGO teams make faster, smarter, and more data-driven decisions.
